About
We are striding for health, we are striding for dignity, we are striding for Palestinians.
Please donate to our page and help us support Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) as they remain for the Palestinian people - despite a so-called ceasefire.
Why £1005*? Reports show that a minimum of 1005 Palestinians have been killed since this "ceasefire".
Why Faqqu'a iris? Well, it's a symbol of resilience as the national flower of Palestine - and now sadly under threat due to Israeli settlements.
You can track our progress as we complete 186km over 6 weeks via the map on my page. Thank you!
Love,
G, P, F, & A
*We note that this figure was 738 when we first wrote our campaign description but sadly this figure has been increasing due to more war crimes that have been committed, and it is now estimated at at least 1005 fatalities. Therefore we have also decided to increase our fundraising target to help raise more money for MAP. Thank you. x [updated, 17/06]
