My Story

Watching the news from Gaza is so awful that I often just want to switch off. but people there don't have that luxury. So many hospitals have been destroyed and so many medics have been killed, but every day Palestinians need medicinines, surgery and health care. 

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) remain there, on the ground, for the Palestinian people, providing desperately needed health services.  Stride for Palestinians offers people like me the chance to raise funds for where they are badly needed.

I'm so glad that I can at last do something to help. I will be walking and swimming every day for the next 6 weeks. You can track my progress as I complete 186km,  via the map on my page. Please give something, no matter how small. Thank you!
